INCLUSIONS :-
1. Transport: Dehradun to Sankri and Return.
2. Meals while on trek (Veg) + (Egg- wherever possible).
3. All necessary entry fees and trekking permits.
4. Accommodation during the trek:- Guest house, Home stay, camping during Trek.
5. Service of professional trek Leader(qualified in basic/advanced mountaineering courses), guide, cook and Support staff.
6. First aid medical kits, stretcher and oxygen cylinder.
7.Trek equipments: Sleeping bag, mattress, tent (triple/twin sharing), kitchen & dinning tent, toilet tent, utensils and crampon (if required).
8. Camp fire at camps( if available)
9. Achievement certificate.
EXCLUSIONS :-
1.5% GST( Service Tax)
2. Any kind of personal expenses.
3.Transport from your place to pick up point.
3. Food during the transit.
4. Mules or porter to carry personal luggage and backpack offloading charges
5. Insurance.
6. Any kind of emergency evacuation charges
7. Anything not specifically mentioned under the head.
Note : Generally ARA expect to carry your personal luggage on your own, if you wish to offload your backpack, you can give it to Mule.
Charges of offloading backpack:-
INR 1200/- if you make an online payment, 10 days in advance
INR 1500/- if you inform us after reaching Sankri
The backpack cannot weigh more than 15 kgs. Backpack should have waterproof cover. Suitcases/trolleys/ bags will not be allowed.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICIES:-
1 :- Booking can be made via NEFT / RTGS / SWIFT / Bank Transfer /check deposit/ demand draft / Cash. Instruction for payment will be forwarded along with your confirmation email. When your transfer is done, please e-mail us a confirmation mail with your transfer details, so that we can follow up your reservation efficiently.
2 :-Full payment / Rs.5,000 for Trek / Rs.10,000 for Road Trip / Mountain Expedition to be made in advance at the time of booking.
3 :- Remaining / Rest Payment to be made before the start of the trip.
4. GST @ 5% will be additional on all the bookings
5. Last Date of the booking will be closed before 07 days prior trip departure.
6. Cross confirm the dates and seat availability from our team via mail or call before any online booking/reservation.
7:-Full payment is required as per applicable airfare in case of flight booking and sightseeing and for any other add on packages.
WHEN TO BOOK:
It is wise to make your booking at least two months in advance. However, if you want a good deal on your domestic/international flight, we recommend organising your trip at least five months in advance. (Please contact us if you require a late booking)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1 :- In the event of cancellation of trek/adventure activity services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing via mail at [email protected].
2 :- Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: -
Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the trek
Book any other trek till one year or get 95% refund
(Note: If the trek charges are more, the balance needs to be paid by the trekker)
Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the trek
Choose to go for the same trek, with any other batch, till year or get 70% refund
Cancellation between 15 days and 7 days to the start of the trek
Choose to go on the same trek, in the same season, with any other batch or get 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days to the start of the trek
Transfer your trek (same trek, same batch) to your friend. No refund.
3 :- Refund will be processed within 10 working days after the cancellation date.
4 :- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
5. No Refund will be payable:
-For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to whatsoever reason
-If services of the tour are modified, varied, amended, cancelled or not utilised.
-If any client decides and/or is required to cancel the tour due to any changes made in Itinerary or trip
-If the client is not satisfied with any service of the operator but can lodge an complaint and decision will be taken immediately and same will be intimidate via mail.
Note:-
1)- Change of trek batch is dependent on the availability of seats in the batch.
2)- In case of transferring a trek to a friend, he/she should satisfy all the mandatory requirements put forward by ARA.
3)- ARA holds the right to change/cancel the policies, without prior notice.
OTHER TERMS & POLICIES:
1. Adrenaline Rush Adventure(ARA) can change the Sequence of the day-wise tour program/Itinerary without any prior notice. It may Change depending upon traffic schedules/restrictions, landslides, flight amendments, weather conditions or any other travel related unforeseen circumstances.
2. In case of cancellation of the group from our end due to any unavoidable circumstances, we will either transfer the booking in our other fixed departure trips or refund the complete amount except flight charges if any.
3. Adrenaline Rush Adventure takes utmost care to ensure the safety of its members during any of the adventure programs. However, in the case of any unforeseen mishaps, Adrenaline Rush Adventure will not be liable for any injuries caused or for loss of life. All disputes arising due to the above will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata only. All participants would be required to sign an Indemnity Form before the start of the program, without which traveller would not be allowed to participate in any of the adventure programs.
4. The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage/ offloading charges during any trip, monument fees, camera fees etc.
5. Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Major events like strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation/re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. We would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
6. It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Adhaar Card). PAN Card is not accepted as a valid photo ID.
7. Adrenaline Rush Adventures reserves right to dismiss any client from the tour due to any form of misbehaviour, unreasonable quarrel or physical/verbal assault affecting a client or any of the Ground Field Staff.
